WHAT KIND OF EVENTS DO WE PLAY?
All events are in scope depending on the band’s availability including weddings, corporate parties, music festivals, bars and restuarants, private events, and even house parties. The vibe of the show is consistent no matter where we play. We play in most major US cities.
We are open to playng multiple sets or consecutive days if the event calls for it.
WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO WE PLAY?
Our catalog is over 150 songs deep. We play classic rock tunes from bands like The Beach Boys, Queen, Steely Dan, Bill Withers, and The Beatles. We play 2000’s indie rock from bands like the Strokes, Cake, Weezer, Green Day, Jet, and Fleet Foxes. Feel good jams from John Mayer, Stevie Wonder, and Coldplay. We also cover newer artists we dig like Parcels, Billie Eilish, Calvin Harris, and many many more in between.

We bring 1 sound engineer and 1 manager/set tech to our gigs. 6 people total.
HOW DO YOU BOOK US?
We use our US-based booking agent jack@pharolbandusa.com for all US gigs. Email jack for booking inquiries, pricing, and availability.
We require the event to be at least 2 months out of the booking date to avoid additional planning fees. All bookings require 1/2 down payment to lock in the gig. The second half is due on or before the day of the event.
WHAT DOES PLANNING AND SETUP LOOK LIKE?
Planning starts by reaching out to our US manager Jack (jack@pharolbandusa.com). In the intro call we will review the vibe of the event, dates and availability, & initial pricing. Once the booking is confirmed you will work with Jack to sort out details for “day of the event” such as where the band will set up, what’s needed from the venue, and gig setup timeline. We are very flexible with all types of venues and events. Accodomation and travel logistics is sorted out by our management and not you.
DO WE DO SONG REQUESTS?
We don’t play requests day of the gig but we can learn 1 or 2 special songs based on request by you in advance. We discuss the vibe of your event with our US management before we play it, to craft a set list that matches the energy of the occasion. Our song catalog is over 150 tunes and always growing and evolving.
HOW DOES PRICING WORK?
Pricing will vary on the event location, size and type of the event, how early in advance the gig is booked, and how long we play. Our pricing typically ranges from ($10k - $50k) and includes all expenses within one set price (travel, lodging, equiptment, etc..). We work very well with our clients to get costs as low as possible without jepordizing the success of our performances.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
We accept cash, cards, direct deposit. Our US management company will send a standard invoice for coporate events. 1/2 payment required during booking and 1/2 day of the event prior to the performance.
